Valery Homes is working to obtain approval from the City of Hamilton for a Zoning By-law Amendment to permit the development of a purpose-built rental complex comprised of 106 stacked townhouse-style dwelling units on the lands municipally known as 300 Albright Rd.
The application was filed on September 10, 2021.
